Customers are eligible for a refund if the product is not as described. This includes; the wrong colour, the wrong product and significant faults.

We will guide you on how to return the item(s) once you make us aware of your refund request. Item(s) must be returned in condition it was received in in order to receive a refund.

If your order does not arrive within 60 days of purchase, you are eligible for a full refund and and will not be required to return the item when it eventually does arrive.
